Tips for Submitting a PMV Non-Conformity Report
- Product/Title: Enter the name of the positioner or switchbox to which the problem belongs.
For example: D20, D3, D30 (Positioner)
WS/WM, DS/DM (Switchbox)
- RMA Procedure: For returns, this completed form often serves as the basis for receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from PMV.
- Warranty Claim (Yes/No): If ‘Yes’, ensure you have the proof of purchase and a clear description of the failure.
- Model Code & Serial No: These are essential for locating technical data, manufacturing date, and warranty status in the PMV database.
- Description of Complaint: Be specific. Describe how the positioner failed, what the environment conditions were, and what troubleshooting steps have already been taken.
