SIL Certificates

During the last two months PMV has been able to get SIL 3 approval for D30 Digital positioner through Exida.
All certificates are available on our website www.pmv.se to download.

Dome indicator option for switchbox DS/DM

We are now introducing a dome indicator option for our switchbox series DS/DM. The DS/DM-series features a unique design for the dome  as it’s magnetically coupled with no shaft through the cover. This design offer maximum safety for the user, should the dome indicator get damaged by poor handling, the safety integrity of the switchbox is not compromised.

ValveSight and FAT test

We have added a FAT test function to our Software ValveSight. When run, the valve will be stroked and ramped, then all data is compiled into a pdf report that can be saved or shipped with the valve package.

D30 FM certificate

We can now present a FM certificate Intrinsically safe and Non-Incendive for D30. The certificate covers both US and Canadian standards.

TR-CU certificates

Since Russia changed their politics regarding product certifications, a year ago, we have been working on these much tougher requirements.
Since a few months we now have the new TR-CU certificates for:
  • D30 Exia
  • D3 Exia
  • D3 Exd
  • F5 Exd and Exia
  • P5+PT30=EP5 Exd and Exia

RoHS

We are now fully RoHS complaint according to EU directive 2011/65/EU including amendment 2015/863. You can download the statement from our website.

Updated IoM, manuals

We have refreshed most of our IoMs which are available on our website. We have also translated some of them to a number of languages.

The D30 IoM, e.g., is available in English, Swedish, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese and Italian and soon in Russian and Chinese.

For the most actual updates please look at our home page.

Website updates

We have not only placed all our new certificates and IoMs on our web site, we have also added in a link to our Youtube channel.
Here you find instruction videos on “How to” Calibrate / Settings / Installation and much more in up to eight (8) languages. The information is only presented as text why it is easy to use in noisy environments where instructions are mostly needed.  Just ensure that the web-browser on your smartphone is set to local language.
